Chandigarh City, Shimla and Manali Tour Itinerary

Day 1
On arrival at Chandigarh Airport or Railway Station before 12 Noon
our driver will pickup you. And transfer to Shimla by Personal Car.
Situated in the North-west Himalayas, Shimla is the capital of
Himachal Pradesh. Simla (now spelled Shimla) was the glorious
summer resort of the British Raj, famous for its snowcapped peaks,
apples, and pine forest, flowers and gentle smiling people. On
arrival check in hotel.
We will cover the Shimla Sightseeing Places
Jakhoo Temple
Jakhoo Temple is an ancient temple in Shimla, dedicated to Hindu
deity, Hanuman. It is situated on Jakhoo Hill, 2.5 km /1.3 miles east
from the Ridge, Shimla at a height of 2,455 m above sea level
The Ridge
The Ridge road is a large open space, located in the heart of Shimla,
the capital city of Himachal Pradesh, India. The Ridge is the hub of
all cultural activities of Shimla.
Christ Church
Christ Church, Shimla, is the second oldest church in North India,
after St John's Church in Meerut. It is a parish in the Diocese of
Amritsar in the Church of North India
The Mall
Mall Road is the main street in Shimla, the capital city of Himachal
Pradesh, India. Constructed during British colonial rule, the Mall
road is located a level below the ridge.

Day 2
After Breakfast, check out hotel and depart for Manali. Drive past
Beas-Sutlej Link project, Pandoh Dam and Kullu Valley. Lunch shall
be en-route on direct payment basis.
At the northern end of the Kullu valley sits the ancient site, but
modern town, of Manali. It is a pleasant, if overdeveloped, town with
lovely forests and orchards nearby for hiking, and good facilities for
visitors. In the 1970s and 1980s, Manali was very much a 'scene'. In
summer, the town would attract numerous western hippies and
travelers drawn by the high quality marijuana that grows in the area

Day 3
After Breakfast leave for Half day Local sightseeing covering
Hadimba Devi temple, Vashish Kund, Club House, Buddhist
monastery. Over Night Stay at the Hotel

Day 4
After Breakfast, proceed for a full day trip to Rohtang Pass reroute
visit Rahala Water Falls and Rani Nullah falls Solang Valley. Over
Night Stay at Hotel.

Day 5
Manikaran is located in the Parvati Valley on river Parvati, northeast
of Bhuntar in the Kullu District of Himachal Pradesh. It is at an
altitude of 1760 m and is located 4 km ahead of Kasol and about
35 km from Kullu.
This small town attracts tourists visiting Manali and Kullu to its hot
springs and pilgrim centres. An experimental geothermal energy
plant has also been set up here.
Journey to Manikaran and on the way we will cover Tea Estate
Palampur,Bajnath Temple, and night stay at Palampur.

Day 6
Journey to Dalhousie. On the way we will cover Tea Estate of
Palampur, Baijnath Temple and zoo. Night stay will be at the hotel in
Dalhousie.

Day 7
Khajjiar is a hill station in the north Indian state of Himachal
Pradesh. Dating from the 12th century, Khajji Nag Temple is
dedicated to a serpent god. Nearby, the high-altitude Khajjiar Lake
is surrounded by cedar forest. West, Kalatop Wildlife Sanctuary is
home to animals including deer and bears. Farther west, Dalhousie
is a hill station with mountain views, dotted with temples and 19thcentury
British churches.
On this day we will cover the following sightseeing—

Mall Road
After covering the sightseeing, we will be back to hotel.
Day 8
On the last day after breakfast, we will cover the following areas-
Attari Border
Golden Temple
Sadda Pind (PAYMENT WILL BE DONE ON YOUR BASES)
After covering these places, we will drop you at your dropping place.
